Just in! New work by new members - dyed silks and swarovski crystals make a beautiful hand crafted ballerina doll by new member Breandan Frederick. New member David Meeks has brought in dyed gourd birdhouses to hang on Ronn Moyers "gourd tree". Also new are colorful aprons by Virginia Garrott; grapevine wreaths by Paula Flournoy and lots of gorgeous beaded jewelry by Jucunda's Jems & Jewels. Mr. Snow has brought in tabletop easels to get the perfect slant on your work. We have a new supply of crocheted bookmarks and dishcloths in intricate patterns by Ella Murray. The Ice House gift shop has something for everyone and in every price range.

The Art Guild Gift Shop, located in the Ice House entrance, features unique, hand-crafted items and artwork by members and other regional artists. Hand made pottery and jewelry, hand woven rugs and scarves, hand spun yarn and hand crafted knitting needles, notecards and prints, paintings and drawings, gourd drums and rainsticks, hand made baskets, brooms and garden items, glass pendants and paperweights, hunting calls and accessories are among the many items for sale.

The Ice House gift shop has something for everyone and in every price range. All items are handcrafted by local artists and the small commission from sales benefits the Guild's educational programs.

 

The Guild is located in the historic Ice House, 120 North 8th St. (corner of North and North Eighth Streets) in Mayfield. The Guild is accessible to individuals with disabilities. The Guild is open Tuesday – Friday 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Admission to the Gallery is free. The Mayfield / Graves County Art Guild is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and member supported.
